This Privacy Policy describes how Pultrax LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with principal operations in Yuma, Arizona ("Pultrax," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit the United States version of pultrax.com or contact us. - Contact details you submit through our forms: name, phone number, email address, and city/state.
- Project information you choose to share: project type, description, timing, and volume.
- Anything you send us directly by email or phone.

- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps.
- Approximate region derived from your IP address, used only to show you the US or Mexico version of the site.
- Marketing source parameters (UTM tags) when you arrive from an ad or link.
- A small number of functional cookies and local-storage values: your region choice (px_region) and language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
reCAPTCHA. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of those forms is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone call or text message (SMS/WhatsApp). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of calls by telling us during the call or emailing us. Our marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. We will still send non-marketing messages that relate directly to your request (for example, a quote you asked for).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with:

Because we do not sell or share personal information, no Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Sell" action is necessary; we treat GPC signals as an opt-out preference where applicable.

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to serve your request and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We protect personal information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and rate-limited, spam-protected forms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard practices.

Our website is intended for a general professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
